Eligibility for Return:

2. The perfume/attar bottle must not be broken or leaked.
3. The product sticker/seal must be intact (not torn or removed).
4. Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
5. A proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Return Options:

1. Full refund of the product amount.
2. Or, exchange with another item of equal value.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order details.
2. Share clear photos of the product to verify its condition.
3. Once approved, send the item to our return address.

Note: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
