At PerfumeChowk.com, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best fragrances. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and refund process under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

1. The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. The perfume/attar bottle must not be broken or damaged.
3. The original sticker/seal must be intact (not torn or removed).
4. The product should be in its original packaging and unused.
5. A valid purchase receipt or proof of order must be provided.

Refund & Exchange Options:

1. If the return is approved, you may choose:
2. A full refund of your payment, or
3. A replacement/exchange of the same or another item of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items:

1. Used products.
2. Products with broken bottles or missing/torn stickers.
3. Products returned after 7 days.

How to Request a Return:

1. Contact our customer service on WhatsApp or Email with your order number.
2. Share images of the product showing it's in good condition.
3. Once approved, send the product back to our return address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged upon arrival.
